Local Agent ‘Principal Of The Year’ Finalist

Local Bacchus Marsh real estate principal, Marcus Rayner of First National Real Estate Rayner, is in the running for the “Principal of the Year” award following publication of the Real Estate Business Awards 2016 finalists list.

The Real Estate Business awards are the only awards open to every real estate group nationally and are coveted amongst real estate industry professionals. Mr Rayer will be selected from a field of nine competitors.

Mr Rayner says it wouldn’t be possible for him to have reached finalist status without the support of his team.

‘Culture is everything in a real estate office and I am enormously grateful to have a group of dedicated professionals around me. Steve Jobs said “great things in business are never done by one person; they’re done be a team of people” and never have truer words been spoken’ said Mr Rayner.

‘When Real Estate Business conducted a countrywide poll of real estate professionals in 2015, First National Real Estate network was voted number one for culture, brand and corporate support. Obviously the culture of our network and its commitment to staff and their professional development has an impact on more than just one office’.

Award winners will be announced at The Star, Sydney on 16 June.
